1, the border

The frame is mainly composed of aluminum titanium magnesium alloy and recycled aluminum. The high-quality sliding door profiles are made of aluminum, tantalum, copper, magnesium, titanium, manganese and other alloys. The toughness has great advantages, and the thickness can reach more than 1 mm, while the lower quality profiles are recycled aluminum. The toughness and age are reduced. Although the surface is electrophoretic spraying process, the light does not fall off the paint, but because the materials used are not the same price, the price is very large. Therefore, if we sell genuine aluminum-titanium alloy profiles at the time of sale, we can display the profile of the product profile to understand the real material.

The thickness of the frame profile is generally 1.2mm-1.5mm, so the maximum height of the sliding door can be 2.8m, and it will not be shaken. It is relatively stable. If the wall thickness is less than 1.2, the highest is only 0.8mm or 1.0mm. It can only be done within 2 meters, it will be too high to shake, and it is very easy to have problems. The thickness determines the price of the profile and the cost is relatively high, which also determines the firm performance of the sliding door.

The surface treatment of the frame profile is divided into three categories: alkali sand, spray paint, and electrophoresis. Among them, the electrophoresis process is the best, and the other two are relatively easy to fade and paint. The surface treatment of electrophoresis is relatively smooth. It is easy to see with the border profile of black walnut color. The surface of the electrophoresis process is more delicate and uniform in color, and the pattern of the paint is more fuzzy and unevenly distributed, especially in the middle of the profile. The paint in that place is particularly thick and the pattern is more blurred.

2, pulley

The sliding door is divided into upper and lower sets of pulleys. There are three kinds of pulleys: plastic pulley, metal pulley and fiberglass pulley. The plastic pulley is hard, but it is easy to be broken. It will become stubborn and hard when used for a long time. It can't slide after blocking; the metal pulley has great strength, but it produces noise when it comes into contact with the track; the glass fiber has good toughness, wear resistance, easy plasticity, smooth sliding and durability. The prices of these three pulleys vary greatly, and we must pay attention to the choices when distributing. The structure of the good upper pulley is relatively complicated, not only the bearing inside, but also the aluminum block to fix the two wheels, so that the orientation is smoothly sliding, and there is almost no noise. Consumers should not mistakenly think that the sliding door is smoother and lighter when sliding. In fact, the high-quality sliding door should have a certain weight when sliding, smooth and without vibration.

A roller is roughly divided into two parts, one for the bearing and the other for the outer cladding of the bearing. The quality of the bearing plays a key role in the durability of the sliding door. The good sliding door adopts the imported light steel ball bearing, and the bearing is marked with the manufacturer and the product model. The bearing is marked on the side, and the outer steel sleeve should also have A sign of your own company. Although there are bearings in the poor, there are no manufacturer names and other signs. These bearings have poor wear resistance and short use time. When the poor roller is just installed, it pulls up and the effect is similar (the average person can't feel it), but after half a year, there is a clear difference. The poor roller has very poor anti-wear performance, is easy to emit noise, and is relatively stiff and easy to jump. Generally, the lower pulley is hidden, and the pulley is not visible on both sides of the door. There are several types of bearing outer cladding: one is carbon fiberglass composite material, the other is ordinary plastic or rubber with poor wear resistance. The anti-aging and wear resistance of glass fiber is much better than that of plastic and rubber. Long does not affect the sliding of the sliding door. Good bearings and outer layers allow sliding doors to slide more than 100,000 times, ensuring long-term use. Poor can't guarantee how long it takes. Good pulleys are often designed with two anti-jump devices to ensure reliable and safe door sliding. The pulley guide is the core technical part of the sliding door, so be sure to choose carefully.

3, the door panel

Most of the transparency of sliding doors and the like is now glass. 5, sealing

In order to ensure that the two doors are staggered and closed, all sliding door products will have a gap. The general external pulley requires a spacing of 15 mm, which affects the sealing of the sliding door. Although most products have tops, the gap between the tops and gaps of the different products is still relatively large. Try to choose products with small spacing and tight tops.
