According to some feedbacks from our end customers, they have encountered problems like the soft close could not be triggered so well by the actuator becasue of the height gap.

Even though our current actuator could be adjustable with the height of 3/16'' mm max. But this is still could be an issue for parts of customers who already installed their barn door rollers on the doors,so it's hard to ajust the position to match the soft close kit.

We are now developing a new modul which could be a choice for adding the plastic paltes under the actuator to make it higher. This will be a great part to erase those problems. HoHeROCKS always tries to solve problems and provide customers great shopping experience.
