4. After all the screws are fixed, the drawer can be pushed into the box. When installing, pay attention to the circlips in the inner rail, and then slowly push the drawer into the bottom of the box in parallel to keep the two sides balanced. If the drawer is pulled out and the drawer slides out directly, it means that the circlip part is not stuck.

2. What material is good for drawer guide rails?

1. Metal slide rail

Advantages: easy to install, suitable for all kinds of boards, thin boards such as particle board and MDF, very practical.

Disadvantages: The metal guide rail has a life limit. When there are many heavy objects in the drawer, the opening may not be smooth. Metal slide rails will warp and deform after a long time of use, so pay attention to this.

2. Wooden slides

Advantages: no maintenance, no lifespan problem, small footprint, can fit well with the cabinet, very beautiful and more classy.

Disadvantages: Wooden slides have high requirements on boards, such as particle board and MDF can not be used at all. There are also certain requirements for the installation master's technology. When installed, there will be unfavorable pulling and pulling at the beginning, and it will take a period of time to break in.
